We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Executive who can also assist with sales and executive support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
You will be working directly with our team to support customers, assist with sales activities, and help manage client communications.
Important: This is a FULL-TIME position only. Applicants must NOT have another job, freelance work, or active employment with another company.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via
Provide product information and assist with order inquiries
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Sales Support
Follow up with potential and existing customers
Assist in preparing quotes and sales documentation
Help maintain and update customer records
Support the sales team with lead follow-ups
Executive / Client Support
Assist with administrative tasks
Organize client information and communications
Coordinate with tea
Provide general executive assistance
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Stable internet connection
Previous experience in customer support, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage
Employment Requirement:
