About Us
We are a fast-growing seven-figure e-commerce team operating in the beauty niche. Our focus is building high-performing direct-response creative that drives profitable growth across paid social channels.
We are not looking for someone who simply copies competitors or scrolls Meta Ad Library for ideas. We are looking for a creative strategist who understands how to study winning brands, decode why their ads work, and turn those insights into original concepts that fit our brand, audience, and offer.
The right person understands hooks, angles, awareness levels, customer psychology, problem-aware and solution-aware messaging, and how to turn research into ads that sell.
Role Overview
As our E-Commerce Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for researching competitors, analyzing high-performing 8- and 9-figure e-commerce brands across multiple niches, developing original ad angles, and working with our creative team to produce winning ads.
You will study what is working in the market, identify patterns, and translate those patterns into fresh creative ideas for our beauty brand. This role requires a strong understanding of direct-response marketing, paid social advertising, consumer psychology, and e-commerce creative strategy.
You should be equally comfortable analyzing ads, writing hooks, building creative briefs, studying customer pain points, and developing new concepts that help us scale.
