We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join our growing team full-time.
This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring bookkeeping staff, solving complex client issues, and helping businesses improve their financial processes. Ideally candidates should have a strong understanding of the U.S. accounting and tax process in order to properly support clients and guide the team.
Compensation:
$1,700 USD per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations for multiple clients
• Review bookkeeping work and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Mentor and support bookkeepers with problem-solving and process improvement
• Assist with handling and responding to client accounting requests
• Identify accounting, reporting, and workflow needs across different industries and client types
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Review financial statements and general ledger activity
• Help improve internal systems, processes, and client deliverables
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality client service
• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and tea
Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and tax workflows
• Experience managing or reviewing bookkeeping/accounting staff
• Advanced QuickBooks Online experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working half of shift during daylight business hours in the United States
• Experience with client advisory/accounting services is a plus
Schedule:
This is a full-time remote position. Working hours are flexible within U.S. daytime business hours.
