Role Overview
We are looking for a fast-paced, tech-savvy Social High-Volume Media Content Specialist to spearhead our organic growth and sales pipeline. This is a high-volume production role: you will be responsible for producing and publishing 20–50 short-form videos per day across TikTok and Instagram.
The ideal candidate is an "AI-First" creator who understands how to leverage tools like KREA AI and CapCut to maintain quality while hitting massive scale. You don’t just post content; you understand the "why" behind viral trends and how to turn views into sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mass Production: Create and publish 20–50 high-quality videos/carousels daily following the weekly content brief.
2. AI Asset Generation: Use KREA AI (and similar tools) to generate high-end visuals, backgrounds, and creative assets.
3. Rapid Editing: Use CapCut for efficient editing, focusing on high-retention techniques: video splitting, dynamic captioning, and rhythmic transitions (Nothing too advanced, basic functions).
4. Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to build high-converting Instagram Carousels (treated as video units in your daily quota). (Nothing too advanced, basic functions, no complicated designs, just photos and text).
5. Platform Mastery: Manage the end-to-end upload process for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring optimal use of trending audio, localized hashtags, and engaging captions (You will need to use cloud phone infrastructure(instructions will be given), you will be able to do everything from your computer, no psychical phones needed).
6. Growth Hacking: Identify "viral hooks" and trending sounds in real-time to incorporate into that day’s production (You can use any basic AI chat generation tool; Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, etc.).
7. English Copywriting: Write compelling, error-free English captions and on-screen text designed to trigger the "Call to Action" (CTA) (Attention to detail is needed, but sometimes you have to make text mistakes on purpose, so people would fall for the organic content plot.).
Requirements & Skills
1. Efficiency: Ability to maintain a "flow state" to meet high-volume daily output without sacrificing the "hook" quality.
2. Technical Stack: * AI: Proficient in KREA AI for image/video generation.
3. Editing: CapCut (Expert in splitting, overlays, and auto-captions).
4. Design: Canva (Proficient in layouts and carousel formatting).
5. Social Intuition: A deep understanding of the TikTok/Reels algorithm—you know what makes people stop scrolling in the first 2 seconds (not mandatory but nice to have skill).
6. Language: High level of English proficiency (written and verbal).
7. Direct Response Mindset: Minimal "know-how" of how organic traffic translates into sales leads or storefront clicks (not mandatory but nice to have skill).
The "Extras"(There’s a possibility to utilize this in the future, bonuses are possible)
1. Engagement Monitoring: candidates should check back on high-performing posts to engage with early comments, as this boosts the viral potential.
2. Data Reporting: A simple weekly report on which videos gained the most "Saves" and "Shares" (the two most important metrics for organic growth in 2026).
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Volume: herence to the 20–50 daily video quota (exact number depends on a weekly briefs).
2. Growth: Weekly increase in organic reach and follower acquisition.
3. Conversion: Number of "Link in Bio" clicks or direct sales attributed to organic posts.
What We Offer:
1. Competitive Salary: $560/month, 5-7 days a week
2. After a 3-month probation period, if performance meets the organization’s expectations in terms of deadlines and quality, the salary will be increased to $570/month.
