JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a growing Perth-based MSP looking for a sharp, experienced technician to join our close-knit team. You will work across a varied client base, owning issues end to end from initial triage through to resolution, using best in class Microsoft and MSP toolsets. If you thrive on technical challenges and want real career growth, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets of all types via ConnectWise, covering troubleshooting, escalation handling, and full cycle resolution.
• Monitor and maintain client environments through N-able N-central including patching, alerting, and remote remediation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra, and licensing management.
• Deploy and support Windows 11 desktop environments including configuration, troubleshooting, and end user rollouts.
• Manage Windows Server (2016 to 2022) roles and features including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, and IIS.
• Handle Active Directory tasks end to end including user provisioning, group policies, OU structures, and access control.
• Mentor and support tea ---------- mbers, contributing to a collaborative and solutions focused culture.
• Keep documentation precise and current including procedures, client configurations, and ticket resolutions in the PSA.

What You Bring

• Hands on ConnectWise Manage experience in an MSP environment.
• Confidence with N-able N-central for RMM, patch management, and alerting.
• Deep Microsoft 365 administration skills across the full suite.
• Windows 11 deployment, end user support, and fault resolution experience.
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) roles, features, and general administration.
• Active Directory administration including user accounts, group policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT support experience, ideally within an MSP.
