The role in one sentence
Spend your day researching what's working across the broader ecommerce world — inside the Facebook Ads Library, competitor websites, and ad spy tools we provide — so our team can draw inspiration and develop fresh ideas for our brand.

What you'll actually do
Search the Facebook Ads Library daily using approaches we'll teach you
Use AdSpy and other research tools we provide
Organize your findings in Google Sheets so the team can review them easily
Flag patterns and interesting trends you notice
Take feedback well and improve as we coach you

Who we're looking for
Smart and curious — you naturally want to figure out why something works
Coachable — you take direction well, ask good questions, and improve fast
Organized — you keep clean records and don't lose track of things
Reliable — you show up, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
Good written English — enough to summarize findings and chat with us daily
Comfortable with Google Sheets and learning new tools
Trustworthy and discreet — this work involves our internal research, and we need someone who treats that with respect

Nice to have (not required)
Any experience with Facebook Ads Library, AdSpy, Minea, PiPiAds, Dropispy, or similar tools
Experience with ecommerce or product research
