We are Bluespoon GmbH, a fast-growing German e-commerce company specialising in premium tableware under our brand Sänger Geschirr. Our products are listed on Amazon, OTTO, Home24, Shopify, XXXLutz and more. Our team is based in Germany – you work remotely from the Philippines.
Our products can only be sold if they are correctly listed, fully populated and active across all channels. You make sure that is the case – every single day.
The Role
You are responsible for ensuring that our product data across all sales channels is complete, accurate and active. You create new listings, check existing ones for errors and policy violations, activate products after availability dates and support the build-out and maintenance of our growing product range.
This role is ideal for someone with a feel for e-commerce platforms, a structured working style and a genuine interest in how online product data works.
Your Responsibilities
- Create new product listings in JTL Wawi with all required master data: SKU, EAN, product name, category, price, weight, attributes
- Upload products and product data to Amazon and verify correct processing and visibility
- Activate and verify listings across all channels (Amazon, OTTO, Home24, Shopify, XXXLutz) after availability dates
- Monitor Amazon product listings daily for policy violations (e.g. broken variant families) – initiate corrections following documented processes
- Check Prime badge status weekly and resolve any missing badges
- Maintain B2B pricing rules on Amazon for all relevant products
- Reactivate listings after availability dates on all relevant platforms
- Support EPR compliance documentation at channel and product level
- Support OTTO Rich Content creation for product detail pages
Additional Backoffice Tasks:
- Monitor price changes in the pricing tool and verify transfer across all channels
- Create manual orders for B2B customers and influencers in JTL Wawi
- Coordinate weekly stock availability with the warehouse partner
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
- Structured, precise working style – you maintain data carefully and completely
- Good English skills (C1) – for internal communication and platform work
- Good Excel skills (data entry, formulas, structured input)
- Reliable and self-directed in executing recurring processes
- Stable internet connection, professional working environment
- Background in e-commerce, online retail or digital product management
Nice-to-Have:
- German language skills (strong plus – systems and documents are often in German)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central – listings, variants, content, policies
- Knowledge of JTL Wawi or comparable ERP / warehouse management systems
- Understanding of marketplace logic (visibility, categories, attributes, compliance)
