JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Office-Based | Davao City

This is not a remote work position. This is an On-Site job at our office in Tacunan-Tugbok Davao Del Sur, Philippines. Be aware we are looking for a candidate that lives within a short commute to that area. No relocating. We want to provide the new hire with a work-life balance, who can go to work, and go home to see their family every night.

We are a growing U.S.-focused company opening a professional office in Tacunan, Tugbok, Davao Del Sur and are seeking a highly experienced, long-term tea ---------- mber to help build and manage our online presence.

This is NOT a beginner position. We are looking for someone with strong real-world experience in website development, SEO, online marketing, and content/media production who can help build systems and grow multiple businesses.

• Company websites
• Landing pages
• SEO rankings
• YouTube/video content
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Online lead generation
• Website optimization and analytics

Responsibilities
Website Development
• Build and maintain modern business websites
• Create landing pages optimized for conversions
• Improve website speed, performance, and user experience
• Manage WordPress websites and integrations
SEO & Digital Marketing
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve Google rankings and traffic
• Manage local SEO and technical SEO
• Track rankings and analytics
Content & Media
• Edit YouTube videos and short-form content
• Create graphics and marketing materials
• Upload and manage online content
• Assist with branding and online campaigns
Business Operations
• Help organize digital systems and workflows
• Coordinate with management on marketing strategy
• Assist in scaling multiple U.S.-based businesses

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years full-time professional experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Advanced computer and internet skills
• Experience working with U.S. companies or clients preferred
