JOB OVERVIEW

We are a modern psychiatry private practice based in California looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager / Brand Designer to help grow our premiu ---------- ntal health brand.

Our practice focuses on mental health, resilience, mindset, discipline, and personal growth. We want our brand to feel modern, premium, motivating, and professional — not like a generic therapy office.

We are looking for someone who can help with:

Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Content creation and graphic design
Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
Website design and improvement
Branding and rebranding ideas
Logo design concepts
Marketing materials
SEO and online presence
Creating a premium luxury-style brand aesthetic

You should have experience with:

Canva
CapCut or video editing apps
Adobe Suite (preferred)
Website builders (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Social media growth and engagement

We are looking for someone creative who understands modern branding, luxury aesthetics, wellness brands, podcast/social media style content, and strong visual design.

This can become a long-term position for the right person.
