JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Do

We provide the scripts. You produce one high-quality, platform-ready short-form video per script — Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. This is a volume role. We need consistent, scroll-stopping content delivered fast and on-brand.

- Transform finalized scripts into polished short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Produce content across formats: UGC-style, educational B-roll, cinematic lifestyle, text-motion — assigned per script
- Generate AI visuals and video using Kling AI, Higgsfield AI, LTX Studio, Runway ML, Pika Labs, and similar tools
- Source and integrate assets from Envato Elements (video, templates, music, graphics), Storyblocks, and Epidemic Sound
- Edit and assemble all content in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve — tight pacing, strong hooks, clean captions
- Ensure every video is brand-consistent, platform-spec compliant, and self-reviewed before delivery
- Maintain organized asset libraries and file naming conventions — deliver clean, ready-to-post packages
- Use Claude AI + MCP automations to streamline repetitive production tasks and build scalable workflows
- Build and document production SOPs to support a growing content pipeline
- Stay ahead of new AI video tools — bring innovations to the workflow before we ask

Requirements

- 2+ years producing short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Active hands-on use of at least 3 AI video generation tools (Kling, Higgsfield, LTX, Runway, Pika, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Midjourney or equivalent AI image generation
- Strong editing fundamentals: hooks, pacing, captions, sound design — CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
- Experience with Envato Elements — sourcing video, templates, music, and graphic assets
- Portfolio showing range: UGC-style, educational, cinematic, lifestyle content
- Experience producing health, wellness, or supplement brand content
- Ability to work from scripts with no hand-holding — you handle the creative execution
- High-volume work style — comfortable managing a queue of multiple scripts per week
- Clean file delivery: proper naming, folder structure, platform-spec compliance

Bonus Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition (strongly preferred)
- Envato Elements power user — fast at sourcing and customizing templates, graphics, and music to accelerate production
- Claude AI + MCP automations or ---------- workflow experience
- AI voice generation — ElevenLabs, Murf, or equivalent
- Understanding of supplement content regulations — knows what claims can and cannot be made
- TikTok or Meta video ads experience
