Buyer’s Agent Virtual Assistant / Client Success Manager
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Virtual Assistant / Client Success Manager to support a growing Buyer’s Agency team.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly, work professionally with clients and agents, and confidently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.
This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Hunt and source 10–15 off-market properties daily
* Build relationships with real estate agents and property owners
* Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities
* Manage and update CRM records using AgentHub CRM
* Handle
* Maintain accurate property and client databases
* Coordinate appointments, inspections, and communications
* Support buyers agents with research and administrative tasks
* Ensure timely responses and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build connection and rapport naturally

* Goal getter with strong work ethic
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Organized and reliable
* Experience in real estate, sales, lead generation, or client success is highly regarded
Preferred Skills
* Experience using CRM systems (AgentHub preferred)

* Lead generation and prospecting experience
* Knowledge of Australian real estate is an advantage
* Strong research and data entry skills
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday
* 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM NSW Time
* 30 hours per week
