We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid ads and conversion funnel.
This role is focused on rapid testing, creative iteration, and funnel optimization. You’ll be responsible for improving performance across the user journey, from ad click to purchase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across display, native, and pop traffic ecosystems
- Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives (images, GIFs, and copy)
- Optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion data
- Suggest improvments on landing pages to increase signup and purchase rates
- Identify and fix drop-off points across the funnel (ad ? landing page ? signup ? purchase)
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Develop a repeatable system for rapid experimentation and optimization
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
- Experience with creative testing and iteration
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics
- Experience with landing page optimization (CRO)
Required Skills
- Ad creative design (static images, GIFs, and basic visual editing - we already have an in house designer)
- Copywriting for ads (high-converting headlines, hooks, and variations)
- Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
- Ability to move quickly and test multiple ideas each week
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-volume traffic platforms or alternative ad networks
- Familiarity with fast testing cycles and scaling campaigns
- Experience with landing page builders such as Base44, Unbounce, Webflow, or similar tools
Working Hours
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippine Time (Monday–Friday) - Flexible but we'd prefer some overlap between your hours and our's.
- 40 hours per week
- Must be available during these hours for real-time collaboration
Compensation
- $1000 USD per month
- Compensation may increase based on experience and performance
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Consistently launching and testing new creatives
- Improving CTR and conversion rates over time
- Identifying winning angles and scaling them
- Building a repeatable system for testing and optimization
