JOB OVERVIEW

KEO Management is a real estate investment and property management company based in Dayton, Ohio. We provide clean, well-managed housing and are building a company known for accountability, service, integrity, continuous improvement, and strong resident experience.

We are looking for a remote leasing specialist to help convert apartment leads into applications through fast follow-up, strong communication, and organized pipeline management.

You must be comfortable calling, texting, following up repeatedly, asking prospects to take the next step, and documenting everything clearly.

Responsibilities
• Respond to new leasing leads within 10 minutes during business hours.
• Contact after-hours leads the next business morning before 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
• Call, text, and email prospects using company-approved scripts.
• Screen leads and schedule qualified prospects for showings.
• Follow up daily with active leads and post-showing prospects.
• Send application links and encourage qualified prospects to apply.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and request missing documents.
• Keep AppFolio guest cards accurate and updated.
• Flag issues with pricing, availability, photos, listings, access, or prospect objections.

Performance Goals
You will be measured by:
• 20%+ lead-to-application rate
• 50%+ lead-to-showing rate
• Greater than 50% showing-to-application rate
• 95%+ AppFolio documentation accuracy
• No neglected active leads
• No undocumented follow-up

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone presence
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Persistent but professional follow-up style
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable doing repetitive follow-up every day
• Experience with customer service, sales support, appointment setting, leasing, or property management
• Able to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace

Preferred
• Apartment leasing experience
• U.S. property management experience
• AppFolio experience
• Call center or appointment-setting experience
• Experience with Dialpad, RingCentral, Google Voice, or similar phone systems

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30 Eastern Time (with 1 hour break)
Weekends as needed
