FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Please only apply if you have hands-on experience with LearnWorlds, another course platform, LMS, membership platform, or digital product backend.
With Dr. Joy is growing, and I am looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented course platform support person to help set up and organize LearnWorlds courses, course content, learner resources, and the backend systems that support online education.
This is not a generic virtual assistant role.
This is also not primarily a social media role.
This is a specialized course-platform support role. The main focus is LearnWorlds or similar online course platform implementation, course organization, learner experience, and backend course setup. This role may collaborate with other tea
The right person enjoys making digital learning experiences feel organized, clear, warm, and easy to use. You should be comfortable taking existing content and helping turn it into a clean, functional course, resource library, or learner experience.
I am looking for someone who has already worked inside course platforms or learning systems. You do not need to know everything, but this should not be your very first time working with an LMS, online course platform, membership platform, digital product backend, or online learning system.
ABOUT WITH DR. JOY
With Dr. Joy creates educational resources for parents, clinicians, and families, especially around neurodivergent children, PDA, developmental differences, and compassionate, practical care.

I am looking for someone who can help bring calm order to those systems so the educational content can reach the people who need it.
A great fit for this role will care about both the tiny details, like links, formatting, access, downloads, buttons, file names, and naming conventions, and the bigger picture, like making the learner experience feel clear and supportive.
