**Good Writing Is Taught. We Need Someone Who Knows How.**
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Our institution teaches speech, debate, and writing to students across multiple levels in Korea. The programs are strong. The need right now is someone who can help develop and produce the written materials behind them, lesson plans, writing prompts, curriculum frameworks, and student-facing content that actually works in a classroom.
This starts at 10 hours per week and can grow significantly for the right person. Your client is KST-based.
**WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES**
Drafting and editing curriculum materials, lesson plans, writing prompts, student handouts, and program documentation. You work closely with the academic team and the CEO. You understand the difference between what a 9th grader needs and what a 12th grader needs and you write accordingly.
**WHO THIS IS FOR**
Your background is in education, English, communications, or something adjacent. You write clearly and professionally without being stiff. You take academic quality seriously and you can tell when something is not quite right even if you cannot immediately name why. English fluency is required, written especially. Korean language ability is not required but will be rewarded.
**A WORD ABOUT YOUR SETUP**
Private quiet workspace required. Internet minimum 30 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, under 50 ms ping, single provider.
**PAYMENT**
5,000 KRW per hour to start. Higher pay available for Korean language fluency or strong speech and debate background.
