JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in GoHighLevel, AI automations, conversational AI, and voice AI agents.

This role is for someone who understands how to build, test, and improve AI-powered systems inside GoHighLevel. You should be comfortable working with workflows, triggers, automations, calendars, forms, pipelines, messaging, and AI agent setup.

We are not looking for a basic VA. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and excited about AI.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Building and setting up AI agents inside GoHighLevel
Creating conversational AI appointment-setting bots
Helping set up voice AI agents and call workflows
Creating workflows for lead follow-up, appointment booking, reminders, and nurture sequences
Connecting forms, calendars, pipelines, tags, and triggers
Testing automations to make sure everything works properly
Creating and organizing snapshots inside GoHighLevel
Troubleshooting bot conversations and improving prompts/instructions
Updating AI knowledge base items
Documenting processes and creating simple SOPs
Helping with client account setup and onboarding as needed
Required Experience

Appointment booking automations
CRM pipelines
Calendar integrations
SMS and email follow-up campaigns
Zapier or Make
ChatGPT prompt writing
Claude vibe coding
Basic troubleshooting and QA testing

Experience with tools like Air AI, Synthflow, or other voice AI platforms is a strong plus.

Work Schedule

This is a remote position.

We are looking for someone who can start part-time and potentially grow into a full-time role.

Expected starting hours: 10–20 hours per week

Schedule is flexible, but you must be able to communicate during some U.S. business hours.
