### Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert with hands-on expertise in Webflow, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) to strengthen our digital growth efforts. This role will focus on maximizing visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and answer-based platforms while ensuring our Webflow websites are fully optimized for performance, discoverability, and conversions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation
- Implement **AEO strategies** for featured snippets, FAQs, voice search, and answer-based search experiences
- Implement **AIO strategies** to improve content visibility across AI-powered search platforms and conversational interfaces
- Manage and optimize SEO implementation within **Webflow** environments
- Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, search intent analysis, and competitor research
- Optimize on-page elements including:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- URL structures
- Heading hierarchy
- Internal linking
- Content structure
- Configure and improve technical SEO elements within Webflow, including:
- Schema markup
- Sitemap optimization
- Redirect management
- Site speed optimization
- Mobile responsiveness
- Core Web Vitals improvements
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create SEO-driven content strategies
- Monitor search algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics
- Perform regular website audits and recommend technical and content improvements

### Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of SEO experience with measurable results
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing **Webflow websites**
- Proven experience with **Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)** and **AI Optimization (AIO)** strategies
- Strong understanding of:
- Technical SEO
- Semantic SEO
- Structured data
- Search intent optimization
- Entity-based search
- Experience using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog or equivalent SEO tools
- Experience implementing schema markup and structured data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
