We are a fast-growing e-commerce dropshipping company looking for an experienced AI Automation & Customer Service Specialist to build and optimize automated support systems using Commslayer and AI tools.
Your main responsibility will be creating high-converting, scalable customer service automations that improve response speed, reduce support load, increase customer satisfaction, and protect payment processing health.
You will work closely with the management team to optimize workflows, automate repetitive support tasks, and improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize AI-powered customer support systems inside Commslayer
* Create automations for
* Integrate Shopify, payment processors, tracking apps, and support tools
* Reduce response times and increase automation efficiency
* Create smart flows for chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and customer retention
* Monitor KPIs and continuously improve support performance
* Develop SOPs and scalable customer service systems
* Work with our media buying and operations team to improve customer experience at scale
Requirements:
* Experience with Commslayer or similar customer support automation platforms
* Strong understanding of AI workflows and automation systems
* Experience in e-commerce / dropshipping
* Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem
* Experience with customer support operations and dispute management
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Good English communication skills
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools
* Experience reducing chargebacks/refund rates
* Understanding of e-commerce scaling operations
WAGE/SALARY:
Negotiable depending on experience + performance bonuses
