We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural and Electrical Estimators / Documentation Support Specialists to support an international insurance recovery assessment and engineering documentation project.
This role works closely with architects, electrical engineers, project coordinators, and recovery assessment teams in organizing damage reports, cost estimation support, documentation control, and technical administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Photo cataloging, tagging, and indexed register maintenance by building, room, item, and date
• Damage identification, logging, and maintenance of architectural damage registers with version control
• Administrative support for architectural cost estimation including: unit pricing organization, comparable material and finish research, discontinued material/product lookup, cost workbook preparation under engineer/architect supervision
• CSI MasterFormat / Schedule of Values (SOV) scope organization
• Cross-reference matrices and documentation tracking
• Digital file organization and documentation control
• Daily end-of-day reporting and weekly status summaries
• Architectural documentation tracking:
pending review items
approved/signed documents
revision and recertification monitoring
Qualifications:
Preferred:
• Minimum 2 years experience as:
Architectural Estimator
Electrical Estimator
Engineering Estimator
Quantity Surveyor
Cost Engineer
Engineering or Architectural Documentation Specialist
Construction Admin Support
Strong advantage if experienced in:
• Insurance restoration
• Architectural or electrical estimation
• Construction or engineering firms
• Damage assessment projects
• CSI MasterFormat
• SOV coding
• Electrical systems estimation
• Architectural plans and specifications
Alternative Backgrounds Accepted:
• Administrative/documentation professionals supporting architecture, engineering, electrical, or construction teams
• Strong Excel and documentation management skills
Requirements:
• Professional English communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and professional remote workspace
• Willingness to sign NDA/confidentiality agreements
• Ability to overlap with Guam business hours
• Must successfully pass background and reference checks prior to onboarding
• Must not have any other active employment, freelance work, or simultaneous client engagement during assigned working hours for this project
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible scheduling based on assigned workload
• Overtime / Saturday / holiday work compensated at 1.5x standard rate
Project Duration:
• Initial 1-month probationary period
• Possible bi-weekly extension based on project needs and performance
Work Setup:
• Fully remote
• Use of project management and monitoring software during working hours
• Camera-on participation may be required during meetings and coordination sessions
