Customer Success & Retention Specialist (3 Positions)

About the Role

We are looking for 3 Customer Success & Retention Specialists to help grow our laundromat and bar businesses by reconnecting with previous customers and improving customer relationships.

Your main responsibility will be reaching out to inactive or past customers, handling customer concerns, and encouraging them to return through excellent service, promotions, discounts, and follow-up communication.

If you are confident speaking with customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

* Contact previous and inactive customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups
* Offer promotions, discounts, and loyalty deals to encourage repeat visits
* Handle customer concerns and provide excellent customer support
* Assist customers with card-related concerns and transaction issues
* Help improve customer outreach and engagement strategies
* Support promotional campaigns and retention efforts
* Maintain professional and positive communication with clients
* Handle refund concerns and customer complaints efficiently
* Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
* Work with the team to improve customer experience and business operations

Qualifications

* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Experience in customer service, sales, retention, or outbound calling is preferred
* Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
* Ability to build rapport and connect with customers
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable internet connection and work setup
* Experience using CRM tools is a plus

Bonus Skills

* Experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, laundromats, or retail
* Experience with customer retention campaigns
* Familiarity with AI tools, Voice Agents, or customer support systems
