We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to help scale fast-growing DTC supplement/wellness brands.
This role is heavily focused on:
VSL scripting
Direct-response creative strategy
Breaking down winning ads and identifying scalable patterns
Creating high-converting concepts built for Meta
Requirements:
Must have worked with 7-figure+ supplement/wellness brands
Must have created or contributed to a winning ad/VSL that spent over $200,000+
Experience must primarily be with direct-response VSL-style creatives — not basic UGC or bottom-of-funnel retargeting ads
Must deeply understand hooks, pacing, scripting, retention, emotional drivers, objections, and conversion structure
Must be able to identify patterns in winning ads and turn them into new scalable concepts
Strong understanding of paid social metrics and creative iteration at scale
Must understand how to structure ads for cold traffic conversions
