Luxury Client Engagement & Enrollment Concierge

This is not a traditional social media role.

We are looking for a high emotional intelligence, relationship-oriented woman who understands connection, communication, psychology, feminine energy, and customer experience at a deep level.

Your role is to help women feel seen, supported, guided, and activated as they begin and move through their Love Success Journey™.

You will serve as a bridge between our audience and our programs by nurturing conversations, engaging our communities, identifying needs, increasing member engagement, and helping the right women take the next step toward transformation.

You are helping women move from confusion to clarity and from hesitation to transformation.

Responsibilities

Social Media & DM Engagement

- Respond to DMs and comments across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms as the brand voice
- Build genuine conversations that create trust and connection
- Identify emotional needs, pain points, goals, and readiness levels
- Guide qualified leads toward:
- booking a Love Mapping Call
- joining programs
- downloading the app
- attending webinars
- enrolling in the appropriate next step
- Follow up with warm leads consistently
- Re-engage inactive or hesitant prospects

Community & App Engagement

- Increase engagement inside HerPocketCoach™ communities and member groups
- Welcome new members and help create an elevated onboarding experience
- Encourage participation, accountability, and progress
- Monitor emotional tone and community energy
- Match members with the appropriate journey, support level, or next step
- Help members stay engaged and avoid drop-off
- Identify upsell and ascension opportunities naturally through conversation and support

Webinar & Live Event Support

- Attend webinars and live trainings
- Engage attendees in the chat during live sessions
- Encourage participation and action-taking
- Answer questions and direct attendees toward enrollment opportunities
- Follow up with attendees after webinars to continue nurturing conversations

Member Experience & Retention

- Help create a luxury, personalized member experience
- Ensure members feel supported, seen, and connected
- Identify members who may need additional support or encouragement
- Help improve retention and continuation rates
- Gather feedback and identify common member concerns or desires
- Escalate high-priority client situations when needed

Sales Support & Enrollment Assistance

- Identify high-intent leads
- Help qualify prospects before calls
- Encourage action from women who are ready to begin their transformation journey
- Support enrollment goals through relationship-centered conversations rather than aggressive sales tactics

- Knows how to create connection through conversation
- Is organized and highly responsive
- Understands luxury client experience
- Can balance empathy with leadership
- Understands psychology, sales, and human behavior
- Is proactive and solution-oriented
- Can maintain professionalism while sounding human and relatable

Bonus if you:

- Have experience in coaching, wellness, luxury brands, relationship coaching, community management, or high-ticket sales support
- Have experience using CRMs, social media platforms, or community apps
- Understand emotional regulation, attachment styles, or relationship psychology

Compensation

Compensation structure may include:

- 700 a month
- bonuses tied to booked calls or enrollments
- retention bonuses
- performance incentives
