JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand looking for a full-time Supply Chain specialist to own the operational backbone of our order flow. You'll make sure every order ships on time, gets tracked properly, and that problems are caught early — before they turn into customer complaints.
This is a detection-and-documentation role, not a problem-solving free-for-all. We have clear SOPs for every task. We want someone precise who follows the workflow exactly, monitors carefully, and flags deviations the ---------- nt they appear. Alongside the core supply chain work, you'll also take on a few Order Issue Support (OIS) tasks — handling specific order problems with customers using our SOPs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supply Chain (your core role):

Monitor all active orders daily in Parcel Panel — catch orders stuck in Pending, Info Received, or In Transit and log them in our issue sheet
Track shipping times and tracking info, and flag any deviation from the normal order flow
Run quality checks on new products before they go live
Request price reductions from suppliers on high-selling products
Verify every supplier invoice for accuracy

Order Issue Support (a few tasks on the side):

Handle specific order issues with customers (delivery problems, address issues, etc.) following our SOPs
Communicate with customers via Reamaze and keep every case documented in the issue sheet

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…

Have at least 2 years of experience in fashion dropship fulfillment from China — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
Have hands-on experience with Parcel Panel — this is a hard requirement
Have hands-on experience with Shopify (orders, order data, refunds)
Are highly accurate and structured — you double-check tracking, dates, and data, and you don't cut corners
Follow SOPs precisely and don't improvise outside your role — when in doubt, you flag it instead of guessing
Are comfortable working with Google Sheets and ----------
Write clear, professional English and can communicate factually with suppliers across time zones
Are self-directed and reliable in a fully remote role

BONUS POINTS IF YOU…

Have experience with Reamaze or another customer service / helpdesk tool
Have worked with supplier invoicing or an ERP system before
Have worked in a remote-first team before
Have negotiated better rates or lead times with a supplier
