JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and highly resourceful AI Product & Automation Specialist to help support a founder with multiple business ideas, product concepts, digital tools, and internal systems.

The founder is an inventor and entrepreneur building a product company. We are looking for someone who can use AI tools, no-code tools, automation platforms, research, and organization to help turn ideas into real concepts, prototypes, workflows, landing pages, and project plans.

This person should be comfortable using AI to move faster, research smarter, organize better, and help bring ideas to life.

This role is ideal for someone who loves AI, automation, no-code tools, startup ideas, apps, systems, and building things from scratch.

Main Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to research and develop new business ideas
- Help turn rough ideas into organized project briefs
- Research competitors, market opportunities, tools, and possible solutions
- Create basic app concepts, user flows, and wireframes
- Help build no-code MVPs or early prototypes
- Set up automations using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms
- Create internal dashboards to track ideas, projects, tasks, and launches
- Help write clear product requirement documents for developers or designers
- Research the best software tools for specific business needs
- Build simple landing pages or campaign page drafts when needed
- Help organize AI workflows for content, research, customer support, marketing, and operations
- Coordinate with contractors, developers, designers, or other tea ---------- mbers when needed

You will work directly with a founder who has multiple product ideas, app ideas, and business concepts. Your job will be to help bring those ideas to life using AI, research, no-code tools, automation, and organized project planning.

This is a long-term role with room to grow. The goal is to build a strong support team that can help launch multiple products and businesses over time.
