This is a back-office role. You will not communicate with guests. All your work is with Airbnb Support, the Resolution Center, and our internal data. Your job is simple to state and hard to do well: every payout received, every valid claim filed and paid, every removable bad review removed.
A former Airbnb employee is strongly preferred — someone who already knows the internal tools, policies, and escalation paths.
What you'll do
Draft and publish host responses to guest reviews, and file removal requests for reviews that violate Airbnb's policy — pushing appeals until exhausted.
File damage and reimbursement claims through AirCover and the Resolution Center, build the evidence package, and chase each one until the money actually lands.
Verify every reservation payout is transferred correctly, and open cases to release any missing, delayed, or short payouts.
Act as our single point of contact with Airbnb Support — logging and tracking every case so nothing is forgotten or duplicated.
Send a weekly report on money recovered, reviews handled, payouts fixed, and anything still pending.
What we're looking for
Former Airbnb employee strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of Airbnb host policies: Review Policy, AirCover for Hosts, Resolution Center, and payouts.
Persistent, organized, and detail-obsessed — you chase a claim for weeks and never drop it.
Strong written English (Airbnb Support operates in English).
Comfortable tracking dozens of open cases at once.
Nice to have: Hostaway experience, Arabic, and a track record of measurable reimbursement recovery.
