** WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ADMIN & REVENUE-FOCUSED ROLE)
- Outreach: Reach out to companies (actively hiring and procuring) and secure appointments
- Nurture: Follow up with clients and keep the sales pipeline moving
- Sales Support: Support administrative coordination with fast and accurate updates
- Content: Create engaging content (Post, blogs, videos) (Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Email) to drive inbound leads

** What We Want (High Performer Profile)
- Strong spoken English with a neutral, American, or British accent
- Confident communicator comfortable with sales calls and outreach
- Fast, responsive, and able to execute without supervision
- Comfortable handling rejection and pushing for results
- Able to multitask across sales, recruitment, and content
- Driven by performance and income growth
- Stable power supply and strong internet connection

** Compensation
- Base Salary: PHP 15,000 Monthly
- High performance incentives: (starting from PHP 10,000; strong earning potential for top performers
