We are a newly launched international mobility and immigration-focused practice, still taking our baby steps. Right now, we are a small team led by a founder who is passionate, supportive, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the team long-term and become part of a close-knit, fast-moving work environment.
This role goes beyond simply replying to messages or posting content. We are looking for someone who understands how to create a sense of belonging, maintain healthy online spaces, and manage fast-moving international communities with empathy, professionalism, and strong judgment.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can commit to this role exclusively. Due to the pace of operations, the sensitive nature of immigration-related discussions, and the level of responsiveness required, applicants must not be actively working multiple full-time jobs or conflicting roles simultaneously. We are looking for someone who can fully dedicate their professional focus, availability, and energy to the team and community.
Responsibilities
* Manage and moderate online communities across platforms such as WhatsApp,
* Respond to community inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
* Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and organized environment within community groups
* Escalate legal, immigration, or sensitive concerns to the appropriate internal tea
* Help organize webinars, live sessions, community meetups, announcements, and engagement initiatives
* Coordinate onboarding and post-approval community experiences
* Draft captions, announcements, updates, polls, and community engagement content
* Monitor recurring questions, community feedback, and emerging concerns to help improve operations and content strategy
* Assist with community segmentation, local city groups, and growth initiatives
* Support overall brand presence and client experience
Qualifications
* Proven experience in community management, customer support, social media management, administrative work, or similar client-facing roles
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable working in fast-paced remote environments
* Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and messaging apps
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during stressful situations
* Experience in immigration, relocation, legal services, or international communities is a strong advantage
