JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a social media content agency looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our remote team. You will be responsible for editing and enhancing iPhone photography for two of our clients, including a major hospitality brand. This is a consistent, ongoing role with a predictable workload each month.

This is not a heavy production role — we need someone with a great eye for light, tone, and clean natural edits who can make mobile photography look polished and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing
Retouch and enhance iPhone photos for social media posts
Adjust highlights, shadows, exposure, and color balance
Clean up images, remove distractions, fix blemishes, improve overall composition where needed
Deliver consistently polished, on-brand results across two client accounts
Handle approximately 16 photos per month across both clients
Meet turnaround deadlines and communicate proactively on timelines

What We’re Looking For
Experience in photo retouching and editing (professional or freelance)
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing tools
Strong understanding of light correction — highlights, lowlights, shadows, and exposure
Experience editing mobile (iPhone) photography is a strong plus
Eye for clean, natural edits that don’t look over-processed
Reliable, communicative, and able to deliver files on time
Portfolio or sample edits required when applying

Job Details
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
Volume: ~16 photo retouches per month
Engagement type: Ongoing / long-term freelance
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience
