Location: Full-time remote — Philippines-based applicants only
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, working hours preferably within US Eastern business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Manila time)

About the Role

Boyers Media is looking for a full-time remote Video & Photo Editor based in the Philippines to join our growing media team. This is a dual-skill role with two core focuses: cinematic real estate/architectural video editing and HDR post-processing of real estate/architectural photos. You’ll need demonstrated experience in both to be considered.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, works efficiently, takes pride in high-quality work, and is teachable and adaptable to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit cinematic real estate and architectural videos — property tours, B-roll sequences, and money shots
• Edit videos for social media, marketing, and promotional content
• HDR post-processing of real estate/architectural photos with consistent quality and natural color
• Deliver real estate photo edits within a 24-hour turnaround time
• Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows
• Collaborate on revisions and creative direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience editing cinematic real estate/architectural videos (B-roll sequencing, money shots, pacing)
• Hands-on HDR post-processing experience with real estate/architectural photography (bracket merging, window pulls, natural color correction)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Strong English communication skills — comfortable with written feedback and live video calls
• Able to work flexible hours, with working hours preferably falling within 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Manila time)
• Reliable internet connection and a computer setup that meets the requirements below

Computer & Internet Requirements

Your setup must comfortably run Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop, and render/export within reasonable times.

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or better — or Apple Silicon (M1 or newer)
• RAM: 16 GB minimum (32 GB recommended)
• GPU: Dedicated graphics card with at least 4 GB VRAM (e.g., GTX 1650 or better)
• Storage: SSD storage, 1 TB minimum (more preferred)
• Internet: Stable fiber connection, 25 Mbps or faster (upload speed matters for file delivery); a backup connection is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social media formatting and pacing (vertical video, hooks)
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop
• Basic motion graphics and color grading skills
