Our clients include nonprofits, higher education institutions, tourism organizations, small businesses, and public sector organizations across Washington and Oregon.
We are growing and looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to support client campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience running paid campaigns who can help execute and optimize campaigns across:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Retargeting campaigns
• Conversion tracking and reporting
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands campaign strategy, audience targeting, ad setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
You should be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Set up targeting, conversions, retargeting, and tracking
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns
• Create reporting summaries and insights
• Coordinate with our strategy and creative teams
• Help troubleshoot ad account or pixel issues
• Recommend improvements based on performance data
• Assist with campaign launches and QA
Requirements
• Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
• Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet and consistent communication
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through
Preferred
• Agency experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience with Looker Studio or reporting dashboards
• SEO or landing page optimization experience
• Experience with nonprofit, higher education, tourism, or public sector campaigns
