JOB OVERVIEW

**Part-Time Tech VA / Funnel & Automation Specialist (Kajabi + ManyChat + GoHighLevel)**

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Tech VA to support a growing online coaching business with funnels, automations, and backend systems.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys tech, troubleshooting, and building smooth customer experiences behind the scenes.

**Hours:**
10 hours/week

**Pay:**
$300–$400/month depending on experience and skill level

**What You’ll Help With:**

* Building and editing Kajabi funnels and opt-in pages
* Setting up automations and workflows
* Managing and troubleshooting ManyChat flows
* Creating landing pages and simple sales pages
* Connecting forms, email automations, and integrations
* Supporting the transition from Kajabi to GoHighLevel over time
* Helping keep backend systems organized and functioning smoothly
* Light tech support and troubleshooting as needed

**Requirements:**

* Strong experience with Kajabi
* Experience with ManyChat
* Experience with Zapier
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Understands funnels, lead magnets, automations, and email workflows
* Good written and spoken English
* Good communicator and responsive
* Detail-oriented and proactive
* Able to problem solve independently without needing constant oversight

**Bonus Skills (Not Required):**

* Basic graphic or page design skills
* Experience working with coaches, creators, or online businesses
