The situation
We run an online education brand with an active community and more inbound interest than we can handle. This job mainly requires sales skills, the goal is to close clients as quickly as possible without sounding pushy while still getting the most out of one client.
No calls. No camera. Pure text.
Full playbook provided. Full support provided. Your job is to show up and execute.

Day to day
You'll be handling warm ---------- on Telegram. You'll be clearing up their doubts, handling the objections that come up, and making sure they know exactly what to do next. We have a flow to follow but you need to make it feel human, not scripted.

You're the right fit if:
Your written English is indistinguishable from a native speaker — relaxed, natural, the way someone in their late 20s or early 30s actually texts
Telegram feels like second nature to you — juggling threads, staying on top of replies, keeping things organized and responding quickly up to 20 conversations at the same time.
You've worked in sales, support, or client-facing setup before
Five focused hours a day, six days a week is something you can genuinely deliver on - It's a rotating shift, so you need to be available at different times on different days : Morning - Mid day - Evening - Night
You know how to keep energy in a conversation without chasing or pressuring anyone
You can manage your own output without someone checking in on you constantly - We need to be confident that if you're left alone with hundreds of leads, you'll do your best to close the most as you can while keeping quality work, not just replying, actual closing

A 5h/6day commitment isn't something you can stick to week after week
You have zero background in talking to clients or moving people through a process
You disappear mid-shift or let hours pass before responding

Anywhere from $250 to $500 per week based on how much you handle and how well you perform. We talk numbers based on your background before anything starts. Paid every week without fail.
