We are looking for a highly independent Alibaba Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation Specialist who can find suppliers, compare offers, negotiate terms, and document everything in a structured way.
This is not a simple VA role. You will directly support product sourcing, supplier selection, and procurement processes for e-commerce products sold in Europe.
You must be able to work independently, think critically, and communicate professionally with Chinese suppliers through Alibaba.
**What You Will Do**
- Search for suitable Alibaba suppliers for new products
- Compare suppliers based on pricing, MOQ, quality, and communication
- Negotiate pricing, packaging, logo customization, MOQ, and terms
- Evaluate supplier reliability
- Communicate professionally through Alibaba chat
- Maintain structure in conversations and follow-ups
- Gather product information: MOQ, pricing, lead times, packaging, dimensions, weight, certificates, customization options
- Create supplier comparison overviews
- Recommend the best supplier
- Clearly document all agreements for the internal team
