This is a high-trust, high-accuracy operational role where mistakes directly affect revenue and customer trust.
Who This Role Is For
We are only looking for experienced operators, not beginners.
You should apply ONLY if you:
• Have at least 2–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or listings
• Have handled multi-platform inventory or high-value products
• Understand accuracy > speed > volume hierarchy
• Are confident working independently without supervision
• Are comfortable managing real-time inventory for unique items
Core Responsibility
You will be responsible for ensuring that:
Every listing is accurate, updated in real time, and reflects actual stock (1 item only per product).
Inventory mistakes are unacceptable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and publish luxury watch listings across all platforms
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy (1-of-1 items)
• Upload and update product details with precision (model, specs, pricing, photos)
• Handle customer enquiries using templates and brand tone
• Qualify leads and manage appointment scheduling
• Update availability immediately after any customer interaction
• Remove sold items across all platforms without delay
• Maintain structured tracking sheets (listings, enquiries, inventory status)
• Identify and report issues proactively (listing errors, customer concerns, system problems)
• Assist in daily operational coordination

• Zero tolerance for careless listing errors
• Must be highly responsive during working hours
• Must understand luxury customer expectations
• Must proactively flag issues (not wait to be asked)
• Must double-check all work before publishing
• Must maintain strict discipline in inventory tracking
• Must be comfortable being accountable for accuracy
Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)
• Chrono24 dealer account management
• Shopify product operations
• eBay high-volume listings
• 1stDibs luxury goods experience

Daily Reporting (Mandatory)
You must submit a structured daily report:
• Listings created/updated
• Enquiries handled
• Inventory changes (critical)
• Items sold/removed
• Issues encountered
• Pending actions for next day
This Role Is NOT Suitable For
• Entry-level VA applicants
• Freelancers juggling multiple clients
• People who need constant instructions
• Anyone unfamiliar with structured SOP environments
• Candidates without prior e-commerce operations experience
Working Arrangement
• 5 days - 6 days per week
• 9 hours daily
• Fully remote
• Must be consistently responsive during working hours
Compensation
• 30k - 40k Peso
