Video Editor / Video Production Expert – Part-Time Remote Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Video Editor / Video Production Expert based in the Philippines to help us turn our completed project work into standout marketing videos.

This is initially a one-day-per-week remote role, with the potential to grow into more regular work for the right person.

We are a 3D, VR, digital twin and visualisation company creating projects for clients across industries such as mining, construction, training, property, tourism and enterprise. We need someone who can take the raw project material we provide and turn it into polished, punchy, professional videos that we can use across our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and other marketing channels.

What you’ll be doing

You will create high-quality marketing videos from supplied project footage, screen recordings, renders, animations, walkthroughs, voiceovers, screenshots and other assets.

This will include:

Editing short, sharp social media videos that quickly grab attention
Creating longer project showcase videos where required
Cutting video content tightly to music and rhythm
Adding strong transitions, motion graphics, text overlays and captions
Choosing suitable music, sound effects and pacing
Creating different versions for different platforms and formats
Producing videos in multiple dimensions, including landscape, square and vertical
Using AI video tools, AI effects or generative elements where appropriate
Helping make technical project work look exciting, premium and easy to understand
Creating videos that help us promote completed projects and show the quality of our work

What we’re looking for

We are not looking for someone who has only done a little bit of video editing. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excellent at video creation and can show a strong portfolio of work.

You should have:

Excellent video editing skills
A strong eye for pacing, rhythm, music and visual impact
Experience creating modern, punchy social media videos
Ability to create clean graphical overlays, captions and motion graphics
Strong understanding of social media video formats and best practices
Experience producing different versions of the same video for different platforms
Good taste in music, transitions and overall video style
Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
Good communication skills and reliability
Experience with AI video tools or AI effects would be highly regarded

You may use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools. We are less concerned about the exact software and more concerned about the quality of the final result.

Your portfolio will be the most important part of your application.
