JOB OVERVIEW

We work with auto detailing businesses across North America, helping them generate leads and book appointments through paid advertising and lead nurturing systems. Our team handles inbound leads, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer communication for detailing shops.

We are looking for a reliable and fast-responding Texter / Appointment Setter to join our team.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility will be texting and following up with leads who have expressed interest in auto detailing services.

You will:

* Respond to new leads quickly
* Follow up with older leads
* Answer basic questions about detailing services
* Overcome objections
* Book appointments into the calendar
* Collect small deposits when required
* Keep conversations organized inside our CRM

This is NOT cold calling. These are inbound leads that already showed interest through ads.

Responsibilities

* Respond to leads within 1–2 minutes whenever possible
* Text leads using our CRM system
* Occasionally call leads if needed
* Follow up consistently with unresponsive leads
* Book appointments accurately
* Update lead statuses and notes properly
* Communicate with managers through Slack
* Learn basic auto detailing service knowledge

* Strong written English
* Good conversational skills
* Fast typing speed
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet working environment
* Ability to work EST hours
* Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus
* Experience with GoHighLevel, CRM systems, or lead follow-up is a bonus
