RAW Enroll365 is the enrollment operating system for charter schools across the U.S. We run paid media, AI-powered booking, a dedicated bilingual call center, and real-time reporting for 25+ active clients and a network of 80+ schools. We are growing fast, and our operations need to scale with us.
Our call center is the heartbeat of how we turn ad spend into enrolled families. Right now, the floor runs but the data and accountability layer needs a dedicated owner. That is the seat we are filling.

THE ROLE
You will be the operational nerve center of our call center. You will own the data, the dashboards, and the weekly performance rhythm. If a rep is missing their dial target, you will know it before they do. If a contact in the CRM is incomplete, you will catch it. If a school's lead-to-booking rate drops 10%, you will surface it on Monday morning.
This is not a coaching role and not a manager role. It is the analytical layer that makes coaching and management possible. You translate raw call center activity into clean, actionable reports, and you run the weekly KPI meetings that hold reps accountable to the scoreboard.
