This is an engagement for someone who can work independently, solve problems quickly, and improve operational workflows inside
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot
• Build and improve workflows, boards, dashboards, and automations
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 integrations
• Assist with the development of a Case Management workflow
• Provide remote user support and training
• Create simple process documentation where required
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or organisations
• Strong automation and workflow building skills
• Experience with Outlook / Microsoft 365 integrations
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available during Australian business hours (AEST)
Highly Desirable
•
• Experience building Case Management systems
• API or advanced integration experience
