Looking for a Video Editor for AI UGC Meta Ads

We are a soon-to-be 7 figure DTC E-Commerce brand running AI
What You'll Be Doing
- Editing 60–120 second AI UGC ads for Meta (mainly 9:16)
- Working with AI avatar footage (Capcut, Higgsfield, Flow, ElevenLabs, etc.) and syncing it cleanly with AI voiceovers
- Layering b-roll, product shots, and supporting visuals
- Following our scripts and timing direction beat-by-beat
- Adding text overlays, captions, hooks, and CTAs
- Light sound design and music selection
- Delivering polished, on-brand ads with minimal revisions
What You'll Receive From Us

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN EDITOR:
- Proven e-commerce / DTC ad editing experience
- Comfortable generating AI avatars and voiceovers from scratch, not just editing pre-made footage
- Strong ability to follow a documented SOP without constant hand-holding
- 24 hour turnaround, consistent quality

Our hiring process
Round 1: Unpaid trial task (1 min ad that we will provide the script for)
Round 2: Paid trial task (2 min that we will provide the script for)
After Round 2, whoever is hired will receive the $100 hiring bonus.
