JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an admin to help with all of my backend work. Also help with the customer service side of things. I am in Life Insurance and I have a full team. And I need somebody to help me cut down on time so we can maximize on our production. The type of work that this involves is calling clients and carriers to let them know the details on the policy and also let me know if me and the Agents need to do anything on our end. We work with a CRM and also Google sheets pretty often. This is a full-time position 40+ hours a week and I need somebody that is a go-getter and has good customer service skills, management, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. We are big on integrity and doing things the correct way and not cutting corners. There will also be bonuses if you are doing your job correctly, efficiently and consistently.
