Virtual Assistant — Childcare Recruitment Agency
We are looking for a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our childcare recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and responding to
Posting and updating job adverts across relevant platforms
Supporting recruitment processes (candidate coordination, basic screening, arranging interviews, admin tasks)
Keeping records and systems organised and up to date
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confident using
A proactive, reliable, and professional approach - we don't like micro managing and having to chase for agreed items to be delivered.
Previous experience in a recruitment agency setting is required — childcare or nanny/au pair agency experience is a distinct advantage (EngineHire CRM is also distinct advantage).
Requirements
At least two written references, which must be verifiable.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check (we will cover the cost for the successful candidate)

Hours & Pay
Part-time (ideally aligned with UK working hours) - initially up to 2h/day.
Pay negotiable depending on hours and experience
