About Us

Mountain Fire Wheels is a fast-growing Automotive Ecommerce company specializing in Wheels, Tires, and Suspension parts for customers across the United States. We help customers build their dream setups while offering flexible payment solutions to make upgrades more accessible.

We are currently looking for a motivated and hungry Sales Closer from the Philippines who has both sales ability and genuine interest in the automotive world.

This position is expected to fill quickly as we are looking to hire by the end of the month.

Position Overview

You will be handling inbound leads from customers interested in purchasing aftermarket automotive parts. Your role is to guide customers through the buying process, answer questions, recommend products, explain financing/payment options, and close deals confidently.

Leads are provided for you, and full training will be given before you begin handling customers independently.

Compensation Structure
$500 USD/month Reserve (Guaranteed Minimum)
15% commission on profit generated
If your commission exceeds $500, you receive the higher commission payout
If your commission is below $500, you still receive the $500 reserve
Example Earnings

Average profit per deal is approximately:

$300–$500 profit per sale

At 15% commission, that means:

Roughly $45–$75 commission per closed deal

Strong closers can scale well beyond the reserve amount.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales leads
Build trust and rapport with customers
Recommend Wheels, Tires, and Suspension setups
Explain financing/payment program options clearly
Follow up consistently with und ---------- leads
Close deals professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with fulfillment and support teams when needed
Maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements
Previous sales or closing experience
Strong English communication skills
Must have good English pronunciation
Must be comfortable speaking with Americans over the phone
Comfortable explaining products and financing programs verbally
Interest in cars, trucks, or automotive culture
Basic automotive knowledge preferred
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Coachable and competitive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Automotive sales
Ecommerce sales experience
Knowledge of aftermarket Wheels, Tires, Lift Kits, or Suspension
Experience with CRM systems
