About Us

Nick’s Tiki Bars designs and builds custom indoor and outdoor tiki bars for homes, patios, entertainment spaces, and backyards. We are growing quickly and looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to help generate high-quality leads and scale our business.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Generate qualified inbound leads for custom tiki bar projects
Build and improve landing pages for higher conversion rates
Set up and manage conversion tracking
Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns weekly for performance
Implement retargeting and audience strategies when needed
Provide simple weekly performance reports

Requirements

Proven experience running profitable Google Ads campaigns
Experience with local lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and PPC strategy
Experience with conversion tracking and call tracking
Ability to improve landing page performance
Strong communication and reporting skills
Self-motivated and results-driven

Preferred Experience

Home improvement or outdoor living industries
High-ticket lead generation
E-commerce or custom project lead generation
Experience scaling campaigns profitably

Compensation
