# About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to assist with outbound prospecting, relationship building, CRM management, and lead follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with professionals, building relationships, staying organized, and helping grow business opportunities through consistent follow-up and communication.

You will be working with businesses such as:

* Title Companies
* Law Firms
* Healthcare Facilities
* Lenders
* Regulatory Affairs Departments
* Real Estate Professionals

# Responsibilities

? Outbound calls and follow-up outreach
? Email prospecting and relationship building
? CRM management and lead tracking
? Lead reactivation from existing database
? Pipeline updates and organization
? Identifying decision-makers and opportunities
? Maintaining detailed notes and follow-up schedules
? Supporting business growth initiatives

? Strong English communication skills
? Comfortable making outbound calls
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
? Sales, customer service, appointment setting, or outbound experience preferred
? Experience with CRMs is a plus
? Mortgage, title, legal, healthcare, or notary industry experience is a plus
? Reliable internet and quiet work environment
