HR Recruiter - Must have Amazon experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing talent for eCommerce, creative, and operational roles, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify high-quality candidates efficiently. This role requires excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Source and screen candidates for various roles including graphic designers, Amazon specialists, customer support, and operations staff
Review CVs, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels
Maintain organised recruitment records and candidate databases
Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
Coordinate onboarding requirements for newly hired tea
Assist with HR administrative tasks and internal documentation
Ensure hiring processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Requirements:
Must have experience in the Amazon ecosystem
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Indeed, or Upwork
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
High attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with remote hiring processes
Knowledge of HR systems and applicant tracking tools
Experience hiring creative professionals is a plus
Work Requirements & Setup:
Working hours: UK schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection suitable for remote work
Ability to attend virtual meetings and interviews consistently
