JOB OVERVIEW

EXPENSE & REVENUE ANALYST (QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SPECIALIST)

Company: Serious Sailors + Mango Mansion
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week
Schedule: Some overlap with Miami / US Eastern Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail?oriented Expense and Revenue Analyst who can take ownership of our financial tracking and documentation. This role focuses on QuickBooks Online, filing expenses, maintaining accurate records, and supporting credit card chargeback cases by providing proper documentation that proves services were delivered as agreed.

Workload Breakdown:
- QuickBooks Online: 60 percent
- Credit Card Chargeback Support: 20 percent
- General Reporting and Filing: 20 percent

Key Responsibilities:

QuickBooks Online (60 percent):
- Enter and categorize all backlogged expenses
- File new expenses in a timely and organized manner
- Upload and match receipts to transactions
- Maintain accurate categories for tax and reporting
- Reconcile revenue, payouts, and deposits
- Flag inconsistencies, duplicates, or unusual charges

Credit Card Chargeback Support (20 percent):
- Review chargeback notices and deadlines
- Gather and organize supporting documentation
- Provide proof of services delivered (invoices, confirmations, communications, logs)
- Prepare clear, complete responses to dispute claims
- Track open chargeback cases and follow up until resolved

General Reporting and Filing (20 percent):
- Maintain clean digital folders for receipts, invoices, and statements
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly summaries
- Update spreadsheets and trackers
- Assist with financial documentation for audits or internal reviews

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling receipts, statements, and financial data
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive in following up and closing loops
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with chargebacks or dispute resolution is a plus

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial admin experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills
- Ability to work with Miami time zone overlap
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Comfortable requesting missing receipts or clarifying charges
