JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a GHL power user who can build, deploy, and optimize automation flows inside GoHighLevel. You’ll bridge the gap between conversational AI and GHL’s automation suite (campaigns, pipelines, triggers).

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI voice agents (outbound or inbound) using GHL’s voice AI tools or third-party voice integrations via webhooks/APIs. Multi-Language switchover knowledge is a must.

Build AI-powered chat sequences (live chat + chatbot hybrids) within GHL, including funnel landing pages, lead qualification, appointment booking, and FAQ handling.

Integrate external AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Bland AI, PlayHT, Voiceflow) with GHL workflows.

Configure conversation triggers: SMS - voice fallback, chat-to-human handoff, voicemail detection, transcript analysis.

Set up call tracking, recording, and AI-driven sentiment tagging inside GHL.

Optimize AI scripts/prompts for appointment setting, lead nurturing, and customer support.

Maintain conversation logs, analyze drop-off points, and improve AI response logic.

Required Skills:

GoHighLevel expert – campaigns, triggers, workflows, custom fields, webhooks, inbound/outbound voice, chat widget.

Experience deploying Voice AI to 100 plus users environment.

Understanding of conversation design, prompt engineering, and fallback logic.

API integration knowledge (REST, webhooks, JSON) – connecting external AI tools to GHL.

Experience with Twilio, Zapier/Make, CRM data syncing, or call analytics.

Nice-to-Have:

Prior agency experience managing GHL sub-accounts.

Saas agency experience.

Onboarding and customer training.

Experience with compliance (TCPA, consent recording, opt-outs).
