JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Technical Media Buyer to help manage and execute recruitment marketing campaigns for our agency.

You will mainly work with:
•? ?Meta Ads
•? ?Perspective Funnels
•? ?Zapier
•? ?Campaign setup and optimization

This is NOT a strategy role.

The strategy, positioning and campaign direction are already created internally. Your role is to execute campaigns accurately, manage performance and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities:
•? ?Build and launch Meta ad campaigns
•? ?Upload and manage creatives
•? ?Duplicate and customize recruitment funnels
•? ?Check tracking, pixels and lead flows
•? ?Test automations and integrations
•? ?Monitor campaign performance daily
•? ?Follow SOPs and Loom trainings carefully
•? ?Report issues or optimization opportunities
•? ?Keep campaigns organized and structured
•? ?Manage multiple campaigns at the same time
•? ?Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
•? ?Review campaigns, ad copy and funnels carefully before launch
•? ?Report campaigns internally for final approval before going live
•? ?Double check campaign setup to prevent mistakes
•? ?Communicate clearly about campaign status, issues and improvements

Requirements:
•? ?Experience with Meta Ads Manager
•? ?Basic understanding of funnels and lead generation
•? ?Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
•? ?Detail oriented and structured
•? ?Fast learner
•? ?Good English communication
•? ?Reliable internet connection
•? ?Able to follow systems and processes
•? ?Comfortable working with SOPs and Loom videos
•? ?Able to work independently and take ownership

Big plus if you have experience with:
•? ?Perspective
•? ?Recruitment marketing
•? ?AI tools

Important:
We already have internal systems and automations built. We are looking for someone who can operate those systems efficiently and help us scale smoothly.

This role can grow into a long term position with more responsibility.
