JOB OVERVIEW

Smart Local is looking for an experienced PPC and Paid Social Expert to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of proven experience managing both Google Ads/PPC campaigns and paid social campaigns, including Meta/Facebook Ads.

This role is suited to someone who can confidently manage campaigns, analyse performance, and clearly report on results.

Key requirements:

You must have proven experience in:

Google Ads / PPC campaign setup and management
Meta Ads / paid social campaign management
Campaign strategy, optimisation, and scaling
GA4 navigation, tracking, and reporting
Conversion tracking and performance analysis
Creating clear client reports and insights
Understanding cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and campaign performance metrics

We need someone who is confident working with data and can explain what is happening inside a campaign, not just run ads.

The ideal candidate will be able to review campaign performance, identify issues, recommend improvements, and provide clear reporting based on GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other reporting platforms.

Experience required:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in both PPC and paid social advertising.
