JOB OVERVIEW

## Summary

* **Role:** Part-time German-Speaking Admib Support
* **Location:** Fully remote from the Philippines
* **Work arrangement:** Regular weekday coverage during German morning hours, with reliable internet and a quiet setup for phone calls
* **Compensation:** A$10.00 per hour + A$400 quarterly bonus

You'll support a small, structured remote recruitment team working on live hiring campaigns for Australia. With an increasing number of German-language roles to fill, this role is about keeping candidate communication, scheduling, and records moving accurately and on time.

## What you'll do

* Conduct candidate calls in German to confirm experience, interest, availability, and basic fit
* Schedule interviews, send follow-ups, and keep candidates informed on next steps
* Maintain accurate records and workflow stages in the recruitment system so nothing gets lost or delayed
* Prepare clear candidate notes and summaries for the Australian recruitment team
* Coordinate updates between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple live hiring workflows
* Spot blockers early and escalate them quickly so the process keeps moving

## Who we're looking for

This will suit you if you're organised, comfortable on the phone, and reliable with follow-through.

**Must-haves:**

* B2-level German or above, with the confidence to speak with candidates on live calls
* Strong spoken and written English
* Experience in recruitment support, candidate coordination, phone-based screening or follow-up, interview scheduling, or similar process-driven support work
* A track record of accurate admin and dependable follow-through in coordination, customer service, operations, or support roles

**Nice-to-haves:**

* Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent operations, or another environment with regular candidate or customer communication
* Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or workflow systems
* Comfort working in a small remote team where one person owns follow-through across several active workflows at once
